Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Preconstruction Manager to lead our estimating efforts for various types of projects. This role will be responsible for managing the preconstruction phase, ensuring accurate and complete estimates, and evaluating subcontractor proposals through our prequalification process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the preconstruction phase, including contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding.
  • Prepare detailed estimates, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction estimates.
  • Analyze cost models during the design development and/or bidding period.
  • Evaluate subcontractor proposals and ensure they meet our prequalification standards.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of construction estimating experience.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam software for creating and modifying PDF documents.
  • Proficiency in Timberline Estimating software.
  • Proficiency in Agtek and iSqF.
