About the Role

As a Hospice Aide at FC Compassus LLC, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and supportive services to patients, including bathing, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting.
  • Communicate identified needs and potential solutions to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Take vital signs and participate in staff meetings, educational programs, and community events.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • State-specific certifications, such as Certified Nursing Assistant designation by the relevant state board of nursing.
