About the Role:

Savers | Value Village is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our enterprise systems, including client/server systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation, maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of physical and virtual endpoint devices
  • Installation and upgrade of computer components, operating systems, and software as required
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
  • Providing documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Performing or delegating regular endpoint operations and implementing appropriate processes for endpoint remediation
  • Leading desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
  • AD / AAD / M365 operations and support
  • Interacting with customers and staff at the technical level, as required

Requirements:

  • SCCM and Intune administration experience required
  • Strong knowledge of system hardware, software, and all MS Operating Systems
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 5-7 years system administration experience
