Job Title: Director Human Resources

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive team as a Director of Human Resources. This role will be responsible for performing all generalist duties for our Fox Owned and Operated duopoly in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations and employment programs, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and FMLA administration.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with Station management and Corporate Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Provide HR training and support to employees, and develop programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven HR management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop collaborative relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR professionals.
  • Experience with HRIS, Workday, and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of OFCCP regulations.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 annually for California.
  • An annual discretionary bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
