Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International Inc team, the Director of Human Resources Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the company's human resources strategy forward. This role will oversee the recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development functions, ensuring that the organization's human capital is optimized to achieve business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of human resources professionals to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and service providers, to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting human resources and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer

Marriott International Inc offers a competitive salary range of $81,000 to $107,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
