Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floor Staff member to join our team at Regal Entertainment. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience in our theatres.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Floor Staff member, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the theatre, including the box office, concession stand, and auditoriums.

• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up and tearing down equipment, and ensuring that all areas of the theatre are clean and secure.

• Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, including Regal's Responsible Beverage Server training.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and completion of Regal's cast certification program is preferred. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a theatre environment is also desirable.

Language Ability:

You will need to possess good public speaking and listening skills, and be able to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.

Math Ability:

You will need to be able to perform calculations with speed and accuracy, and identify and correct errors.

Reasoning Ability:

You will need to be able to identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems. You will also need to be able to evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions based on evidence.

Personal Skills:

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. You may occasionally be required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and may need to lift up to 60 pounds.

The vision requirements include:
close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
