RN-PACU PRN Jefferson Highway

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department at Jefferson Highway. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve shared goals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
