We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Consultant to join our team at ECS Ltd. As a key member of our facilities consulting services, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building services and structural projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and investigations of building structures and enclosures to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address building-related issues, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting services to meet their objectives.
- Lead and manage field work and report preparation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Maintain and develop a client database, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage budgets and prepare invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
- Mentor and train junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training to ensure staff are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in building facilities consulting, with a strong focus on structural projects and building enclosures.
- Minimum 16 years of experience managing structural or building enclosure projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including project management and reporting systems.
