Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Kids Club Attendant at Gold's Gym - Ocala. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and games to promote physical and cognitive development in children.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area, including toys, equipment, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Kids Club program.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in child development and youth programming.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred.
  • Infant and Child First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
