About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen staff as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant's kitchen area.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Wash specific items by hand, such as wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china, to maintain their quality and longevity.
  • Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in a manner that promotes efficiency and safety.
  • Set up workstations before meal prep begins to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies stock, including detergents, to ensure that the kitchen area remains clean and hygienic.
  • Check washing machines' operation and report any technical issues to the management team.
  • Remove garbage regularly to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor, to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Dishwasher or on Wait Staff.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
  • Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and sanitation rules to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
