Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at The Club at Ocala Preserve. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

  • Unload and load dishwashing machines, ensuring efficient operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Wash delicate items by hand, such as wooden cutting boards and fine china, with attention to detail and care.
  • Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in a manner that promotes easy access and minimizes clutter.
  • Set up workstations before meal preparation begins, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies stock, including detergents and sanitizers.
  • Report any technical issues with washing machines to the management team promptly.
  • Remove trash and recyclables regularly, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor, to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements

To be successful as a Dishwasher at The Club at Ocala Preserve, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
