You will work in close collaboration with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Leader with a focus on infrastructure-related initiatives, particularly in Server and Database Management.
  • Experience in project management and coordination for infrastructure enhancements, deployments, and expansions.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and principles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the IT Infrastructure Project Leader for one or more teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize project tasks and ensure deliverables meet established criteria.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and key milestones using relevant tools.
  • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a positive team culture that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with Agile processes and standards while remaining adaptable to evolving requirements and priorities.
