Job Summary

Bridgewell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Employment Specialist to join our team. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their career goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess individuals' career options and develop personalized employment plans
  • Coordinate with the Employment Manager to ensure seamless implementation of Individual Service Plans
  • Maintain accurate data on designated objectives and progress
  • Administer and interpret work-related assessments to determine career choices
  • Participate in job site tours and evaluate job performance
  • Assist with upkeep and maintenance of the program, including cleaning schedules and reporting maintenance issues
  • Maintain all necessary certifications, including FA/CPR and PABC
Requirements
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Experience with contract work and off-site employment is preferred
