Dynamic Inventory Management Specialist

The Role:
This role is responsible for executing the timely processing of inventory, assets, and recyclables, utilizing concepts, methods, procedures, and equipment according to Company policy. The ideal candidate will maintain processing and storage areas, equipment, and supplies, and assist and train all Associates assigned to the ARRC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Efficiently maintain asset inventory, including inbound and outbound areas, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Asset Tracking: Execute proper tracking of company assets and commodities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policies.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the facility's cleanliness and organizational efficiency, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Develop relationships with Associates and temp staff on floor to ensure smooth and timely movement of inventory, assets & recyclables through the building, and communicate operational issues to ARRC Management.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, basic math skills, ability to lift (50 lbs), count, select, sort, pack and/or handle commodities and fixtures.
- Availability: Must have open availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
Benefits:
We offer competitive pay, ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
