We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and determine their needs to present appropriate products and services.
- Sales and Service: Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, process sales transactions accurately, and consistently meet sales goals.
- Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Operations: Load/unload delivery trucks, assist in making deliveries, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, suggest ways to improve sales, and comply with inventory control procedures.
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, and previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
