Job Overview:

Working Hours: Midnight to 8:30 AM

Work Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday with off days on Wednesday and Thursday

Compensation Range: $27 to $29 per hour

The Overnight Surveillance (OS) team is dedicated to overseeing retail and supply chain establishments with the primary aim of deterring theft and minimizing losses due to potential damage to client properties. This team collaborates closely with various Corporate and Field business associates, as well as Law Enforcement agencies at local, state, and federal levels.

Project Overview:

This position involves working during overnight hours, including weekends and holidays, at the client's designated site. The role supports the Overnight Surveillance team by engaging in activities such as monitoring CCTV feeds, overseeing alarm systems, responding to incidents, and performing other assigned tasks based on organizational requirements.

Position Summary:

As a Surveillance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include proactive monitoring of CCTV systems and reactive responses to alarms at client locations secured after hours.

The Coordinator will report to the Overnight Surveillance shift supervisor and will work in conjunction with team members, Corporate Partners, Field Support Asset Protection, and Property Managers to mitigate losses and facility damage while initiating necessary responses to safeguard vulnerable locations. The Coordinator will identify suspicious activities via CCTV, coordinate with local law enforcement for site visits, and respond to alarm notifications from monitoring centers or field leaders. Additionally, the Coordinator will report any identified vulnerabilities, criminal activities, or safety risks to relevant partners, which may include local leaders, law enforcement, and corporate support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate burglary patterns to pinpoint targeted locations and markets.
• Collect and assess various data sources.
• Create diverse data visualization reports to communicate insights across stakeholders.
• Assist in developing reporting and dashboard templates.
• Analyze operational methods used by potential burglars and provide recommendations to prevent theft or apprehend suspects before losses occur.
• Monitor CCTV for unusual activities that may suggest preparations for burglary.
• Notify the crisis response team of incidents and escalate as necessary to on-call teams for ongoing support.
• Report suspicious activities to key partners following standard operating procedures.
• Investigate active alarms for possible burglaries and other emergencies, reporting findings to various partners as per established protocols.
• Engage with field Asset Protection leaders to assist with ongoing burglaries and collaborate with local law enforcement officers.
• Prepare and distribute incident summaries and narratives to appropriate support teams.
• Maintain a daily/nightly request tracker and communicate promptly with those seeking Overnight Surveillance services.
• Manage the Overnight Surveillance team's communication distribution lists.
• Compile and distribute daily/nightly performance metrics reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall Global Threat Detection and Response initiative.
