- Licensure and Certification: The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania and New York state license, and be BC/BE in Radiation Oncology.
- Above Industry Average Salary and Bonus Structure: We offer an above industry average salary and bonus structure.

- Retirement Savings Plan: We offer a Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions.

- Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $458,000 - $532,000.
