Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Standards of Care: Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all agency staff adhere to regulatory standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
  • Clinical Orientation and Training: Provide comprehensive training and orientation to new hires, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional care.
  • Ongoing Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Clinical Observation and Chart Audits: Conduct regular observations and chart audits to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse: Possess a current RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Care, with a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency background preferred.
  • Clinical Experience: A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience required.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of regulatory standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both in-person and remotely.
