Clinical Leadership Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

Gable Search Group is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our Home Health team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch clinical patient care, reviewing and evaluating referrals, and coordinating and supervising care to clients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Home Health team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
* Review and evaluate referrals to ensure accurate and timely patient placement
* Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
* Provide education and training to staff on clinical best practices, regulations, and reimbursement guidelines
* Ensure compliance with standards of performance for branch operations

**Requirements:**

* Current License as a Registered Nurse
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
* Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in home care
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Medicare-certified home care agency
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Strong clinical skills and ability to lead and motivate teams
