Clinical Leadership Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

Gable Search Group is seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our Home Health team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch clinical patient care, reviewing and evaluating referrals, and coordinating and supervising care to clients. You will also provide staff education and training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement, and ensure standards of performance for branch operations are met.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee all aspects of branch clinical patient care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Review and evaluate referrals to ensure accurate and timely patient placement
* Coordinate and supervise care to clients, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication
* Provide staff education and training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
* Ensure standards of performance for branch operations are met, including quality, safety, and regulatory compliance

**Requirements:**

* Current License as a Registered Nurse
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
* Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in home care
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Medicare-certified home care agency
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Strong clinical skills and ability to lead and manage a team
