Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee the selection of subcontractors and ensure all contracts are properly managed and executed.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans and specifications are followed accurately.
  • Implement risk management processes and conduct regular risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Resolve any project-related disputes or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing residential, custom, and spec construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
