Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, offering support and guidance as needed.
  • Notify staff members of arriving appointments and escort guests to their destinations.
  • Answer routine questions about services, products, and directions.
  • Notify management of customer service and security issues.
  • Receive and process deceased belongings, following chain of custody procedures.
  • Answer and route incoming calls to staff members.
  • Maintain a comfortable environment for clients, providing beverages and amenities as needed.
  • Perform light typing, proofreading, data entry, and printing tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in operating telephones, fax, and copier.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Clear and professional speaking voice and tone.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday, and may involve working beyond standard business hours.
