Role Overview

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with our customer service team and inventory personnel. Responsibilities will vary daily based on operational needs, including but not limited to:

  • Responding to and updating customer inquiries
  • Managing order assignments, picking, and shipping
  • Wrapping and inventorying incoming pallets
  • Preparing and pulling outbound products
  • Conducting inventory audits
  • Receiving and unloading inbound freight
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

While not all qualifications are mandatory, the following are preferred:

  • Previous forklift certification
  • Experience in email communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Robust work ethic
  • Desire for personal and professional growth
  • Ability to listen and follow directions
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlook
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics

Applicants should have a background in one of the following areas:

  • Inventory management
  • Shipping or receiving
  • Customer service

Compensation

Pay will be determined based on experience.
