ABA Therapist

Job Summary:

Unlocking The Spectrum Texas is seeking highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapists to join our dynamic team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based treatment programs for children with autism, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment goals under the direction of our experienced Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism, using proven ABA methods to address their unique needs and goals.
• Document progress and data collection throughout the day, providing valuable insights for program development and improvement.
• Collaborate with our team to provide feedback on client progress and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Teach essential skills, such as communication, behavior, self-help, and social skills, to help children with autism and other special needs reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in ABA or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience working with children with autism (preferred but not required).
• Positive team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment and creative thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
