Job Description
The Child Protective Services Supervisor Leadership Role is a critical position that requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of a team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that team members have the resources and tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Child Protective Services workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and to promote healthy family relationships.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in child protective services, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus 3 years of full-time experience in child protective services.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on education and experience.
