Key Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Opening the center and preparing for a successful day
  • Effectively communicating with patients and managing their expectations
  • Being deeply invested in our patients and their narratives
  • Reminding patients of their appointments and following up as needed
  • Scheduling appointments and guiding patients through subsequent steps
  • Handling phone calls, sorting mail, and organizing the office environment
