Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team at Park Center Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering assessments and intake information into various databases on behalf of our Permanent Supportive Housing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enter assessments and intake information into various databases, including Park Center's electronic health records system (e.g., SmartCare), HMIS, and other necessary grant databases.
  2. Assist Directors of Permanent Supportive Housing, Homeless Services, Quality and Improvement, and IT in running monthly reports and maintaining a high level of data quality.
  3. Collaborate with Empower Tennessee to ensure data accuracy and coordinate with Homeless Services and Permanent Supportive Housing departments to run audits and data reports from HMIS.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned, including completing internal audits, assisting with data quality improvement, and attending necessary meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field or at least 3 years' experience working in Human Services.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience working in HMIS within Davidson County is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to work within a team, manage time effectively, and communicate professionally.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a home office environment, requiring the ability to maintain privacy due to HIPAA information. Occasional travel to the main office in Nashville, TN may be required for grant-specific meetings.
