Job Responsibilities

As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role within a dynamic team responsible for the implementation of our Human Capital Management solutions.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions and providing exceptional consulting services to our clients while ensuring the integrity and excellence of requested integrations.

Performance metrics will be based on the successful delivery of agreed-upon solutions within the allocated budgeted hours.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As a member of the Global Integration Team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including implementation teams and the integration team, to facilitate the delivery and support of integration requirements for UKG products.

  • Demonstrate clear communication skills
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to understand and achieve project goals within specified timelines and budgets
  • Assess, design, and develop integrations that meet customer specifications
  • Assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping processes
  • Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment
  • Lead meetings with both internal teams and external clients
  • Manage integration timelines, including notifying clients of any changes to task dates or assigned resources
  • Maintain project management tools for all integration initiatives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a Professional Services consulting role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with database querying, programming, web services, file management, and cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in specialized functional areas such as HRIS, Benefits, HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management
  • Familiarity with development languages including .NET, Java, JavaScript, JSON, and SQL
  • Experience with development tools such as source control and defect tracking
  • Understanding of Integration Processes and Methodologies
