Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Assist clients with daily living activities as needed, fostering independence and self-sufficiency
  • Participate in crisis intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting, or equivalent training
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record required for potential driving duties
