KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the recruitment and fulfillment process, which includes managing job orders and ensuring successful placement of associates.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop precise job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Conduct regular reviews of inactive client databases to maintain engagement.
  • Utilize the existing candidate pool to fill positions with qualified associates.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with community partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates for alignment with job requirements.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new associates, ensuring alignment with Galt's mission.
  • Conduct necessary background checks and screenings as required.
  • Serve as the primary contact for associates and clients, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of associate files and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to team meetings with solutions-oriented ideas that align with Galt's mission.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of experience in disability advocacy, account management, workforce development, or recruitment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community events.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS365.
  • Basic knowledge of human resources practices.
  • Experience with Bullhorn software is a plus.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
  • Strong alignment with Galt Foundation's mission and values.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly within the disability community.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong understanding of business metrics while centering Galt's mission in decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze data to derive insights and propose solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is primarily office-based, with opportunities for remote work and attendance at public events as necessary. Standard office equipment will be utilized.
