  • Expertise and Support: Provide operating expertise to support ORAT teams and respond to emergencies or urgent issues.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain current knowledge of individual areas of expertise and provide updates to the team as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Establish good working relationships with team members, tenants, owners, and building staff.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate degree, trade school, or technical certification preferred. Minimum 6 years of related industry experience.
  • Project Management: Complete knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of car wash maintenance and fuel management programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, frequent standing, ladder use, walking, and sitting. Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
