Job Overview

HCL Technologies seeks an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Global EHS Standards and providing technical support to Location Managers and Operations Managers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center EHS working knowledge, OSHA 30, competent person fall protection, confined space training, scissor lift and boom lifts experience, NFPA70E training or working knowledge, and accident investigation/workers compensation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform random and annual audit/review of the implementation of the requirements of this Standard.
  • Ensure that those with responsibilities under this Standard are trained and competent for their assigned responsibilities.
  • Document risk assessments to identify, assess and control hazards in the workplace.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
