**Job Title:** EHS Specialist

HCL Technologies is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global EHS standards and providing technical support to Location Managers and Operations Managers.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessments to identify, assess, and control hazards in the workplace
  • Develop and implement EHS training programs for employees and contingent workers
  • Monitor conformance with EHS requirements and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide technical support to Location Managers and Operations Managers on EHS-related issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS roles
  • OSHA 30 certification and NFPA70E training
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
