Job Title: Health & Safety Specialist Location: Franklin, Wisconsin What’s the Job? What’s Needed? Supports OSHA compliance, state, and local regulatory compliance by serving as the site expert and providing management updates on current and future laws and regulations. Drives a safety minded culture by leading site occupational health and safety program supporting all safety training, including Job Safety Analysis. Manages health and safety programs including Emergency Response, forklift certification, ergonomics, safety audits, crisis management and accident investigations. Conduct and/or facilitate safety programs and OSHA required training and certifications, ie., forklift, confined space, lockout/tagout, and CPR/First Aid training; conduct fire drills. Oversees and actively manages safety reporting system and Incident Investigation Report to ensure completeness and that appropriate action is taken to prevent recurrence. Reviews, evaluates, and analyses work environment, including near miss incidents, with emphasis on preventative actions. What’s in it for me?
