Operational Duties:
Maintaining inventory records in Excel (organized by location/item code/job number)
Data entry of job numbers into the internal management system for all customer shipments
Documenting notes in the tracking system
Data entry of intercompany transfers
Generating reports
Conducting inventory counts; counting cartons of finished goods in the storage area.

Upholding the integrity of FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.

Safety Compliance:
Adhere to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Policy along with applicable regulatory and company EHS standards and requirements.

Promptly report any unsafe conditions, practices, or environmental issues to management. Swiftly address potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Participate in scheduled EHS training sessions.
Actively support the organization in achieving or exceeding EHS objectives.

Identify opportunities for improvement in EHS practices and suggest enhancements to contribute to our commitment to a safe workplace.

Exhibit safe work practices by following general safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, maintaining ergonomic standards, using equipment correctly, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures, including the enforcement of Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) protocols.

Product Safety and Quality Assurance:
Adhere to FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) concerning food contact packaging as it relates to the employee's responsibilities.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring good housekeeping practices.
Follow product safety guidelines, adhere to IPC product defense standards, and comply with all SQF (Safe Quality Food) requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn the company-specific database.
Communicate effectively in one-on-one or group settings and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is crucial. Strong organizational skills are essential.
