Insurance Sales Producer

The Commercial and Personal Lines Producer at Kaia Corp is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through in-person, online, phone, and written communication.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
- Anticipate and respond to client needs, and actively partner with clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved, and execute sales activity documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and participate in meetings as needed to drive business growth and improve performance.
- Support clients through renewal and retention processes, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry information, new product offerings, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
- Hold the required insurance license and have a minimum of two years of personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience, as well as a Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
- Have a proven track record of business-to-business sales success, and possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
- Possess outstanding organizational skills, and have excellent time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
