Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans to support business strategies
- Direct the development of detailed profit-&-loss analysis, financial analysis, and overall business analysis
- Manage, coordinate, and administer internal financial functions, external reporting, and administrative functions
- Direct the accounting function, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, and cash management
- Assess business plans, manage assets, and ensure compliance with governmental reporting requirements
- Develop and publish advertising media
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of subordinates
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Thorough knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems
- Well-developed financial analysis capabilities
- Experience in the development and publication of advertising media
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of subordinates
- Extensive knowledge of all standard accounting operating procedures and principles
- Time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of Finance and/or Accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Five years of management experience required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required
- Master's degree preferred
