Requirements:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies.
  • Current and valid license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of employment.
  • Previous experience working in a long-term care setting, preferably in a Memory Care Unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
