About the Role:
This is a Full Time, Night Shift position at Covenant Medical Center. As an LVN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your specialized training and skills will be utilized to deliver world-class health with human connection.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.
- Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) upon hire.
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
