Position Summary:

The Senior Product Analyst for Order-to-Cash will be instrumental in shaping and executing comprehensive application designs and implementations. This role involves complex tasks centered around revenue recognition, royalties, and receivables management. The successful candidate will optimize existing system platforms while evaluating the integration of new technologies to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business partners to comprehend NBCU's operational requirements at both enterprise and division levels.
  • Develop adaptable and comprehensive solutions by drafting essential blueprint documents for functional specifications.
  • Design functional solutions that address business challenges and requirements.
  • Ensure alignment on designs with process stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Order-to-Cash initiatives involving customer management, e-invoicing, order processing, invoice automation, accounts receivable, payment processes, and collections.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses through discovery sessions with business units and product teams.
  • Participate in solution development and testing activities for implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.
  • Oversee the work of junior team members, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Review and update current standards to promote best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between engagement teams, business units, and engineering.
  • Assist in vendor and product selection related to Order-to-Cash solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or Business from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash, culminating in a senior product analyst role, with at least 3 complex project implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash applications (e.g., SAP-SD) and foundational knowledge of Data Warehousing and Security.
  • Experience with S/4 Rights and Royalties by Vistex.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of Business and IT.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a strong desire to learn.
  • Familiarity with IT project methodologies and change control processes.
  • Comfortable working in an outsourced environment with both onshore and offshore resources.
  • Effective influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think conceptually and in detail.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product experience with SAP: SD, VISTEX.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration, and SAP API Gateway.
  • Experience with Worksoft, uPerform, and HPALM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).

Remote Work: This position is designated as fully remote, allowing contributions from a non-NBCUniversal worksite.
