Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Responder III - Mobile Crisis Response is a critical role within our team, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals in need. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis assessment and stabilization services to individuals in crisis, utilizing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring a recovery-oriented approach.
  • Serve as a liaison between community members, families, and emergency services, providing education and resources to support individuals in crisis.
  • Participate in daily management systems and hospital huddles to ensure optimal coordination of care and team communication.
  • Document all patient contacts, client compliance, and coordination of care in the electronic health record system.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of directly related experience.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer certification within 30 days.
  • LCSW, LPCC, or Marriage and Family Therapist licensure.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment, with frequent travel to various work sites. The incumbent must be able to lift 50-100 pounds occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently, and 10-20 pounds constantly. The position also requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with potential exposure to hazardous materials and physical risk of injury.
