Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, service, and replace residential systems, water heaters, sewer mains, water service, drain cleaning, and fresh water re-pipes.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in comprehensive training opportunities provided by our in-house Learning & Development team.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of residential plumbing experience.
  • Water heater replacement experience is a plus.
  • A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
