About This Opportunity:
Vanguard is a pioneering investment management company dedicated to empowering investors to achieve long-term financial success. We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail clients and prospects to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions for their investment goals.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' financial situations and provide personalized recommendations on Vanguard's offerings, including financial planning, cash management, and funds/ETFs.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and increase client satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and implement initiatives.
• Manage a book of clients and prospects, owning the relationship during the sales process to ensure seamless delivery of Vanguard's products and services.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with a minimum one year of experience
• Regulatory licenses and registrations (e.g., FINRA, NASAA) required; SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 must be obtained within specified timelines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using technology to drive sales performance and support business growth

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.
