    • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent proficiency in Lean, DMAIC, and related methodologies

    • Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies
    • Analytical capabilities, including foundational data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
  • PMP certification
  • Prosci or CCMP certification
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab
  • Background in the insurance sector
