Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial, credit, and trend analysis for the delivery of the Bank's tax-exempt and taxable credit products and services to municipal, governmental, and non-profit clients.
  • Keep apprised of industry-related, political, and regulatory issues to determine their impact on municipal and non-profit sectors.
  • Act independently from the sales teams to structure and evaluate credit requests.
  • Actively manage the customer portfolio.
  • Responsible for attaining established Bank and divisional financial goals, balance sheet limits, and portfolio reporting.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good understanding of financial accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Preferred knowledge in lending, specifically, cash flow and collateral analysis and loan structuring.
  • Advanced knowledge of governmental accounting and governmental financial management.
  • Ability to clearly and succinctly express complex financial concepts both verbally and in writing.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for new hires is generally $115,000 to $135,000.00 for Denver, CO. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
