Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the team responsible for receiving products, fulfilling orders, loading trucks for next-day delivery, and managing all related documentation.

Team Leadership:
Lead the administrative staff by:
- Recruiting and scheduling personnel
- Providing training and mentorship
- Setting job standards and evaluating team performance

Order Management:
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for all shifts, guaranteeing that all orders are completely loaded in the correct sequence onto the designated trucks and trailers, while completing all necessary documentation.

Inventory Control:
Supervise the proper stocking of all received products, adhering to first-in/first-out procedures for effective stock rotation.

Service Excellence:
Exemplify a strong commitment to service quality through personal conduct. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on pick planning.

Technology Utilization:
Leverage the company's warehouse management system and other available technologies to enhance productivity. Analyze operational productivity and suggest necessary improvements.

Security and Safety:
Manage building security, including locking the warehouse and setting alarms after shifts. Ensure the safe operation of all material handling equipment.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9 PM - Done

Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
