The Digital Technology Services Manager is responsible for the effective deployment and integration of Digital Technology Services across various sites. This role entails collaborating with site executives and leadership teams to identify site-specific priorities, address concerns, and explore opportunities for enhancement. A strong on-site presence is essential for this position, ensuring that the Digital Technology Services Lead can effectively monitor performance, oversee local initiatives, and serve as the escalation point for suppliers and technology leadership.

This role will primarily operate on-site, with flexibility to engage with multiple locations as needed. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for Digital Technology at assigned sites, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with site leadership and operational teams to assess and manage demand for Digital services.
  • Evaluate business requests for service enhancements, conducting cost assessments and prioritization.
  • Monitor service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Raytheon standards, analyzing performance metrics to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the annual operating plan for Digital services, including capital planning and budget management.
  • Work with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure site compliance and implement actionable improvements.
  • Represent Digital Technology on the Site Incident Support Team.
  • Engage with service architects to evaluate the impact of emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with various Digital Technology teams to support infrastructure and employee needs.
  • Utilize knowledge of project management methodologies to drive efficiency and improvement initiatives.
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance is required for potential future projects.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years of experience, or an associate degree with 10 years of experience. Alternatively, 12 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery and infrastructure operations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and service providers.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with tools and technologies in Digital Technology End User Support Operations.
  • Experience managing departmental budgets.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently as a primary contact for an organization.
  • Experience in creating documentation and presenting to leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • ITIL certification and/or project management certification are advantageous.
