Your Role:
In this position, you will take the lead in providing technical support to assigned clients, addressing troubleshooting, installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair requirements. You will also manage necessary administrative tasks, including documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary contact for designated customers, ensuring their service and repair needs are met efficiently.
2. Identify potential business opportunities, such as preventive maintenance and new service plans, to support our continued growth.
3. Maintain a positive image of the service organization, focusing on customer satisfaction and building strong professional relationships.

Essential Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in Engineering or Biology with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Technical Degree in a related field.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to travel, including potential overnight stays, with a focus on domestic travel.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs, as well as prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting. You should be capable of performing various physical tasks, including climbing stairs and reaching with your arms.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous roles as a Field Service Engineer in a related sector.
- Familiarity with scientific research instruments or a similar technical background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this role is between $35.00 and $40.00. This range reflects our good faith belief regarding the compensation for this position at the time of posting, and may be adjusted in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus and incentive pay.
