Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between client management and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize extensive knowledge in engineering disciplines to address project challenges and devise innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of project execution issues, ensuring alignment with productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.
- Draft Statements of Work to procure necessary architectural and engineering services.
- Engage in domestic and international travel to perform facility assessments and participate in project-related activities.
- Review and interpret construction documents and specifications, serving as a technical liaison between stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering design and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with mechanical engineering and architectural principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to meeting project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with government contracting processes.
- Ability to generate comprehensive design and construction cost estimates.
- Knowledge of overseas building operations and related procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio drafting software.
- Familiarity with project management processes and communication applications.
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is mandatory.
- Professional engineering licensure is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to obtain weapons certification if necessary.
- Travel requirements include approximately 10% for domestic trips.
Security Clearance:
Applicants must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph upon hire.
