The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile vendor statements in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.
• Assist with month-end close activities and provide support for audits.
• Handle vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed.

Ideal Profile:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Based in Wilmington / Hybrid
